James Riley

CEO/Sr. Network Engineer

James Riley is both a business and technology expert, overseeing our sales and the day-to-day operations of JNR Networks, as well as taking part in Senior Engineering roles. Throughout his career, James worked his way from entry-level roles up to senior positions through hard work, an aptitude for learning technology and a great sense of how technology fits into the business world. Now with 18 years of IT industry experience and numerous technical certifications including A+, MCSE and various other Microsoft certifications, James is the professional our clients count on for reliable service and support. James lives on a farm in the country where his family raises cows, goats, ducks and a smattering of dogs and cats. He has a wife and four daughters, and in his free time loves to till up the garden, mend his fence, drive his tractor around, hike, fish and hunt.

Natalie Riley

Natalie Riley is a homemaker and wife of James Riley who works hard to support JNR Networks through managing many of its behind-the-scenes operations. Along with this, she is an excellent mother to their four children.

Robert Hefner

Robert Hefner came to work for JNR Networks in June of 2010. His excellent background in customer service along with his desire to learn and grow in the technology field made him a wonderful fit for JNR Networks. While Rob had other opportunities, he desired to work for JNR Networks because he saw that our core values were more than just words. Rob's primary job roles are to handle support requests and project management. Whether you're submitting a support ticket for help or have a project that he's making sure runs smoothly, rest assured that you're in good hands with Rob.

Alexander Sullivan

Alec is the most recent and youngest member at JNR Networks. He possesses a good set of skills with computers. Initially, Alec will be handling incoming support requests but, with his skills, time will tell what else he’ll be working on.
